Pear Bread

Delicious Pearfact specialty from the Allgäu in Germany.

250g flower

a little salt

30g butter

2 spoons of sugar

a little milk

600g pears

75g nuts

1 lemon

4 shots of cherry schnapps

1 egg

Create a yeast pastry. For the filling you cook the pears until they are Pearfactly soft. Then you take the nuts and the rest of the ingredients. and blend it all. Roll out the swelled pastry in an oven form and put the filling on top and enclose it with the pastry. Brush the egg on top and let it rest for 20 minutes. Finally put it in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Enjoy your Pearfact Pear Bread
